“Fish or Cut” (2025) is a Graduate Senior Thesis from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, Directed by Jessica Ma. This tense, psychological drama follows Julius, a young man on a mission to avenge his brother Malcolm by secretly filming the man who assaulted him. As Julius draws closer to Tucker under false pretenses, the lines between justice and obsession begin to blur. What starts as a calculated plan spirals into a volatile confrontation, culminating in a violent act, leaving nothing untouched.
